Each store on Droplee is responsible for the accuracy of its own product listings, pricing, and availability. Droplee facilitates the connection between customers, stores, and delivery, but individual stores fulfil their own orders.
Delivery fees are based on your selected delivery area. Please provide an accurate delivery address — Droplee is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a store is unable to fulfil your order, it may be rejected and refunded. For any payment disputes or refund requests, please get in touch — see our support page.
